1991 Toyota MR2 in Danville, Illinois

Vehicle Description

This has been my wife's car since we bought it with 60,000 miles in 1994. Since then she has put only 28,000 miles on it in the last 23 years. We have recently moved to Missouri and this is one of 4 cars not making the trip to Missouri. Vehicle has never been wrecked or raced, but it was repainted about 10 years ago. The Toyota white was replaced by a Corvette white. Car is in very good condition with the exception of a crack in the sun roof glass that happened during the repaint (and denied by the shop that repainted it - lesson learned, take photos of car before dropping it off at the shop), a slight crack in the ash tray cover (can't say if the original owner smoked or not, but it has not been smoked in during the past 23 years) and a scratch in the right rear bumper cover where car got too close to garage door opening. Car has never exceeded 70 MPH in the last 24 years, and was only driven in the snow one time when she got caught while shopping by a freak early storm. Car has been garaged since the repaint and was also covered by a custom fit car cover inside the garage. We have decided not to rent storage facilities in Missouri; and since this car was driven less than 200 in each of the last 4 years and we already have 3 cars filling the garage space in Missouri, it is for sale. It will be stored in the garage of our house in Illinois until that house is sold.
