Vehicle Description
We have owned this car since it was just one year old in 1968 when we purchased it from a dear friend. We have the original wheels in the Cragar boxes and the original hub caps in GM boxes. In 1976, we decided to do a "little clean up" and... finished the full refurb 20 years later. The original matching numbers 283 sits on the pallet that the new GM shipped 327 - 325 HP 67' spec motor came on in 76. The 283 is unrestored and goes with the car as part of the sale. Original factory 4-Speed transmission and floor shift. The Tuxedo Black paint is GM lacquer and car was taken to bare metal by my uncle who only painted black in his shop. Body is straight as an arrow. Car has 500 miles on it since finishing in 96 and has not been wet by either hose or rain. Has factory blinker tach, tilt wheel, and GM factory replaced bench seat cover, door panels and carpet, original headliner perfect. All chrome and stainless GM factory replaced. Original bumpers. Complete new GM wiring harness. Bed and tailgate perfect. New GM AM radio. All parts and accesories purchased from GM in 1976 from stock. Car lives under soft cover cloth in climate controlled garage. Very serious inquiries only please.
