1957 Thunderbird. $35,000. Black with red interior. White porthole top with storage cart. Does not have a soft top. Partial restoration by the previous owner approximately 1990 which included, paint, interior, rebuilt engine, rebuilt transmission, new radiator, new gas tank, brake system, suspension parts, springs, exhaust system, new wiring harness, weather stripping. The body was not removed from the frame for restoration. The under side of the floor pans are heavily undercoated. 1,350 miles since restoration in 1990. We purchashed the car in 2007. Still looks great after all these years. Runs good, 312 engine with automatic transmission. Very clean car, body panels are straight. Raven black paint has a couple of chipped spots that have been touched up with a paint pen, but overall the black paint looks great. The white top could use repainting. Tires, hoses, belts, brake parts, fuel pump and water pump replaced again approximately 2008. Tires look new, no cracks. Also, the tachometer drive distributor was rebuilt with new bearings and was converted to electronic ignition. . Has original AM radio which is not working. The heater is disabled at this time because of a faulty water control valve. Windshield washer system does not work. Chrome and stainless parts have a few scratches. Spare parts include two car covers, original black valve covers, original size 32 battery tray, a box of radio tubes. This vehicle is being sold "AS IS". Buyer pays all inspection and shipping costs.
