1985 Chevrolet Scottsdale C10. Rare hard to find 4.3 V6 option, A/T, factory A/C, P/S, P/B, pulse wipers, cloth seat, dual fuel tanks, heavy duty factory rear springs. Edelbrock carb and manifold. Spent about $2k on it in the last 8 months. Body is solid and original interior is in nice shape. I purchased the truck from the original owner and have all the maintenance records since new. Engine was replaced under warranty at about 80k miles. Engine puffs out a little bit of smoke on start up but does not use any oil.

Recent repairs and upgrades:

Rebuilt carburetor, rebuilt distributor, new plug wires, new fuel pump, new fuel filter, new fuel tank switching valve and switch, serviced transmission, new dome light switches, new wiper switch and blades (converted to pulse wipers while I was there), new battery, new front brake pads and rebuilt calipers, new driver’s door window regulator, new u-joints and pinion seal, converted A/C to R134A Freon, new Cooper tires and American Racing wheels.

Still needs a new windshield and a little more body work and paint or leave it for that farm truck look.

Nice driving, dependable truck. Just have too many trucks and thinning the herd to make wife happy.
