Vehicle Description
Here is a great find. This car is one of the last six cylinder E-types and one of only 642 Fixed Head Coupes designated as a 1971 model, the last of the line of the great twin cam six E-types. This is a matching numbers car still in its original color combination and confirmed by a Heritage Certificate. This one is very desirably equipped as well being a factory A/C car. Further adding to the appeal of this car are enticing upgrades such as triple S.U. carburetors which improve both performance and drivability. Keeping that power cool is a high performance aluminum radiator. A Pertronix ignition eliminates the need for breaker points and further enhances performance. It runs and drives as you would expect and with its new springs and shocks, you'll enjoy the same Jaguar ride this car's first owner did. This is a well kept, former California car with a beautiful interior and very solid body. It's quite presentable as it is with some minor paint flaws around one of the rear wheel openings. Many people will find these paint issues acceptable but for those looking for something more show quality, our shop offers services to correct any paint issues large or small. This desirable coupe won't last long. For more information or questions, contact Mike Buchanan via email to mike@ItsAliveAuto.com or phone/text to 573-579-4617.
