This extremely clean 1974 Chevrolet Corvette is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. The 74 Corvette was the first year to see no chrome on either end. The Endura style, body matching ones, took place of the now obsolete chrome ones. Some will argue that these mid model C3's is some of the best to be made and with the pricing on them affordable they make a terrific way to get into a classic Vette. This Red beauty is a 3-owner car with the original owner letting the second owner take it to prom when he was a teenager. The car came up for sale a brief time later so the teen, who was now a man, snatched it up. He would own the car until March 2017 when the current owner took possession. Only driven a little over 51000 miles this Vette is an extremely original and in excellent condition. The door panels were replaced and cleaned up the interior quite nicely. The seats are in unbelievable shape given the fact they over 400 years old. Pop the hood and the original, maintained engine sits perfectly in place. The car even has the original manifolds making this C3 a notable example of what these cars are. The original Th400 is backing the original small block shifting it out nicely through all 3 gears. The original rear end is still in place with the original set of gears allowing for highway cruising.
