We rebuilt the motor at our shop, about 5000 miles ago, so we know it was done right. It would be a perfect car now to put a performance chip on and get even better fuel economy out of it, if wanted.
Runs and Drives out great, very sharp looking car with lots of power and MPG to save you money!
Will need the turbo replaced in near future is all. Still runs and drives fine. I am lowering the price to sell as is or will raise it if we get time to install the turbo. The seal on the turbo makes it puff a little black smoke when you accelerate from a stop is all. If you upgrade to a bigger turbo than factory specs the cam is setup to all you to tune for better performance and fuel economy.
Only reason for selling is we bought a Passat TDI 2013. Love these diesel cars! I have a 2003 Jetta TDI with over 350k on the original motor! these cars last a long time!
