This 1969 Volkswagen Beetle Convertible is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. The Beetle was the first car that was really designed for modern transportation. With Hitler making the first true highway system the Beetle was the car that would take Germany and its people to the world after the war. As we know that plan did not quite work out but the car would endure for decades to come. These 69 convertibles are a great example of why people love these little cars so much. This one has gone through a complete tear down and rebuild. The paint and body fitment is as nice as I have seen on a Beetle and even better than when it left the factory. The black top is cloth and looks great against the bright red paint. The chrome on the car is in excellent condition and shines exceptionally nice. Open the door and the upgraded cloth interior is not only more comfortable but looks better as well. The custom radio system has speakers built into the kick panel which was something you could never get in 69. The engine in the rear was a brand new one when installed and with less than 10000 miles on it is sure to have a long life ahead it.
