1930 Chrysler Model 77 in Bridgeport, Connecticut

Vehicle Description

From its very beginning in 1925, Chrysler was always a quality motorcar and a motorcar that was innovative and ahead of its time both in terms of its styling and mechanical designs. For 1930 Chrysler introduced the model 77 at the New York auto show, sporting a 100 horsepower 6 cylinder engine and beautifully designed art deco coachwork by Locke, the car was nothing short of outstanding.

?

This particular model 77 dual cowl is one of only three still in existence today. The car was hidden away in a private collection for over 50 years. We discovered the car in 2016 and recently gave the car a full restoration winning an award at the 2017 AACA Hershey fall meet. Finished in a wonderful pastel green color and black which really makes the amazing sweep panel design stand out. This is a car that is not only beautiful, but rare and sporty. Truly an incredible investment as a car of this caliber will always be valuable and always be desirable.
