It has had one repaint in the original two-tone white and blue style. The interior is unrestored and sports a rawhide-wrapped steering wheel period correct floor mats original upholstery and three-point safety harnesses. The dashboard is pristine free of signs of aging such as cracks or fade. All of the factory gauges are operational with the exception of the Temp gauge as an aftermarket unit has been added and mounted under the dash. The car sports the original California emissions sticker on the driver's side window indicating that it has never been replaced. The engine compartment is mostly original too the 460 V8 still retains the factory Holley carburetor (rebuilt as of 11/2/17) valve covers air cleaner and more! The truck runs and drives excellently showing little to no signs of age. There is no smoke present upon start-up. The C6 transmission was rebuilt sometime within the last couple years and shifts smoothly.The Camper Special editions of the F250 carried a few unique features; Utility/Storage drawer on the passenger side of the bed auxiliary gas tank auxiliary battery Heavy Duty front shock absorbers 1 ton frame "western style" mirrors C6 transmission 460cid V8 and 10-bolt rear axle.
