Vehicle Description
Offered here is a superb all-original steel 1932 Ford V/8 Roadster. This is one of the last remaining cars out of the Nick Alexander car collection. Nick Alexander owned and sold one the most extensive Ford and Mercury Woodie collections in the world. Total sales in 2009 at the RM Auction in Monterey brought in excess of $7 million.
This car garnered a Ford Dearborn award of 997 points...missing 100 points merely from a non-stock license plate frame and one frayed radio wire. With just 552 miles since a complete restoration, what we have here is an investment quality Ford. Paint, fit, finish and pinstripes are near flawless. The interior upholstery, gauges and woodgrain are meticulously restored. The flathead engine performs perfectly and the compartment is clean, detailed and dry. The undercarriage is as detailed befitting the exterior of the vehicle. This collectible needs nothing but to be shown, driven and enjoyed.
