The Singray was lighter, had independent suspension and was one of the first cars that were aerodynamically tested. They were powerful, they were agile, they were light and they were sexy. The Corvettes reign as Americas sports car lived on.The stunning Stingray offered here sports a healthy 396 v8-correct to the year-paired to a 4 speed manual transmission with a Hurst shifter. The car breathes through side pipes and headers and sounds great. The car has been in the family since 1968, and the owner built this car over the last 9 years. The power brakes were upgraded to disc brakes in front and rear with slotted rotors. The black vinyl top in excellent condition and comes with the hard top which needs restoration. The underside is beautiful was properly restored at the time of the build.
