We came across a for sale advertisement for a gold-plated, twin-supercharged custom Camaro from the mid-1980s for the bargain price of just $55,000.According to the ad on Mautofied, this car was built by Ed Haney of Lilburn, Georgia, back in the mid-1980s with one purpose in mind; to win the ISCA circuit of car shows. And in 1986, this 1970 Camaro called Endless Dream did just thatat a cost of over $300,000, including $37,000 in gold plating. To put that in perspective, the MSRP of a 1986 Ford Mustang GT was only $11,000.
