The stock engine has been replaced with a full roller 383 CID Stroker V8. With aluminum heads and a Holley carburetor the engine is believed to produce 525 horsepower. Set up for 1/8 mile, the car can run 7.0s on the engine. If you want a little extra boost, a 137 shot of Nitrous will get you into the 6.40s. This engine has only been sprayed a few times. The engine has an estimated 5,000 miles since being built. The transmission is a PowerGlide automatic which was recently rebuilt. The stock rear end has been swapped out for a 9" Ford with aluminum center section and 4.71 gears. The brakes are factory front disc and the rear are Wilwood disc. It is set up with a 6 point cage, line lock, and air shift. The suspension has adjustable shocks front and rear, traction bars, and a BMR front K member. It runs best on race gas, but can be run on premium pump gas. The car is street friendly enough to cruise around town and pull away from a few stop lights. You could easily drive it to the track and then drive it home after a night of racing. It you're looking for a super clean street/strip car, this Camaro is a great choice.
