Vehicle Description
!952 Ford F-100.The odometer I'm sure has rolled at least once. The interior has been mostly restored, except for the paint on the doors. The original radio works, and we installed a cassette deck that runs off a 12-volt battery.
The truck is still a 6-volt system. There have been some aftermarket lights added to make the vehicle compliant with today's traffic laws.
The bed of the truck needs restoration as well as the paint. We like the rustic look, so left it as is.
The truck starts and runs and will get up to 55 mph on the highway. It is a four-speed manual transmission on the floor with a double clutch.
The engine is a straight 6, A2, 215 CID. We have a thick binder on everything we have done to the truck and the history we have gathered.
There is a bullet hole on the driver's side fender, so it has some street cred.
The color of the truck was originally chrome yellow and vermillion red.
Everything on the truck body wise is original. The engine, transmission, rear-end, etc. are original.
The VIN is F1D2SP18737.
